I really enjoyed this. I like the simplicity, the breakdown of the chakras. The handouts are simple and easy to keep and refer back to .... I think for me it was my root and solar plexes chakras.... but then after moving along in the class it I do notice the crown chakra is a bit over active more than I thought. Love it .... thank you.
