Taking this course was a great match for me because it deepened my understanding of how change is a constant factor in any organization .I learned the importance of not only adapting to change but also effectively communicating the Why behind it .This was especially eye-opening when considering the impact of frontline employee ,who are often the most affected by operational shifts .The course emphasized clear, empathetic communication can build trust ,making change more successful

Taking the Change Management and Change Leadership course was a transformative experience for me. As someone who works in a dynamic administrative role, I often find myself at the intersection of evolving processes, shifting priorities, and cross-functional collaboration. This course gave me the tools and confidence to navigate change more strategically and support others through transitions. One of the most valuable aspects was learning how to identify the human side of change—understanding resistance, building trust, and communicating effectively. I applied these insights during a recent departmental shift where new reporting structures were introduced. Instead of reacting with uncertainty, I used the change leadership principles to facilitate smoother communication between team members and leadership, helping to clarify expectations and reduce anxiety. The course also helped me recognize the importance of being a change advocate. I’ve started initiating small improvements in how we manage travel documentation and stakeholder engagement, using feedback loops and inclusive planning. These actions have not only improved efficiency but also fostered a more collaborative environment. Overall, the course empowered me to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose during times of change. It reinforced that change isn’t just about processes—it’s about people. And when people feel supported, change becomes an opportunity for growth.

These courses often focus on topics like social media marketing, content creation, and branding. If you're interested in becoming an influencer, you should choose courses and resources that align with your goals and interests. This can help you improve your skills and knowledge, and you can achieve your goals successfully.

Content wise, the course is quite packed. What makes it harder to follow through with each module, is the pace of the presenter, along with the tone of the presentation. Lastly, due to a predominant visual style of presentation, I found it quite challenging to stay focussed as I'm more an audiotory learner. This made the course feel stuffed and elements jumped over by the presenter.

Was my first foray into change management, as a short course to get an understanding of what it is, this was perfect. Some of videos even if you hand type in the links are now removed from YouTube. Because of that, I would recommend it to anyone else.

The course was okay. The change concepts were discussed briefly in each module. The video links could have been provided as resources so that they are clickable instead of having to read the URL letter-by-letter and typing them in to the browser.

Interesting, lots of good information that has helped me think through how I would lead and inspire change. I also appreciate the various models that break things down systematically.
