Great course, I really like how the trainer explained each step of the Stakeholder analysis using visuals which helps retain the content better. She explained at a good pace and make appropriate pauses. I am keeping the handouts for my next project activities.

The speaker talks quickly. I've had to bump the speed down to .75 so I can take notes but I'm still having to pause and replay certain parts. Could use a few more pauses to help me digest what it is I just heard.

It would be much more helpful if real-life examples can be provided to illustrate all the concepts taught, especially those that highlight common mistakes and pitfalls.

This was a very understandable and comprehensive training that I think can be useful for not only change professionals but anyone in project management.

The theory is OK, but some examples would be useful, especially for Department Management Projects for long, Time & Material and complex projects which involves collaboration of many roles to ensure a healthy culture, fast inclusion of newcomers and sustainable growth.

The course is great because it's packed full of well-structured information and advice. There are occasional typos and language mistakes, which could be corrected in the future to make the learner experience even better. Thank you!

This course has been quite insightful. I have learnt a lot about stakeholder analysis and engagement. This is an area I have not paid much attention to in my current project, but the story will change going forward.

My experience is good about this course. This course is moving with the basic & important understanding which is making clarity about Stake holder management. Way of teaching is very good, not required to memorize as the course is very interactive at every point, which is boosting me up.

Excellent course - very comprehensive and clearly presented. However, I was surprised not to hear about the RACI matrix? This is my reason not to give this course a 5-star grade.

I really enjoyed this course. The instructor was technically spot on in terms of her content and delivery. She clearly demonstrated her expertise in conducting a stakeholder analysis. Great job!
