I'm a change management specialist with a deep curiosity for how people, systems, and ideas come together to create lasting transformation. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries and organisations, always drawn to the human side of change and the creative challenge of making it real.
What drives me is the power of blending disciplines. I bring together thinking from traditonal Change Management approaches, human-centred design, service design, behavioural science, AI, marketing, and visual storytelling to shape change that people can truly engage with. For me, successful change isn’t just about implementation—it’s about connection. It’s about making change feel clear, meaningful, and energising for the people living through it.
I’m particularly passionate about using visual and creative tools to make the complex simple. Whether it's a story-driven communication, a co-designed journey map, or an AI-generated learning experience, I believe in designing change with and for the people it affects.
Alongside my client work, I create digital resources to support other change practitioners—whether that’s through podcasts, online courses, or practical tools that help turn ideas into action. I love seeing others step into their own confidence as change leaders.

This was a great Training, I really like how the Instructor used a fake company to illustrate each step of the Agile approach in Change Management. I have a better perspective of the whole Change Management approach I am currently using in projects I am involved.

Very informative and engaging. Appreciated that he stuck to the main points without being too long-winded, gave enough context to appreciate how to effectively manage change across the different projects.

I really enjoyed this course, especially section 6, it gives a good brief of what and how implement some practices to help you to move to an agile approach. I liked because is explained throught an example and for those who are old school helps to found meaning.

I did not know a thing about scrum, so I guess its just hard to follow without previous experience in a scrum master project. The examples could be better or more detail in my opinion. Also my expectations were different, I thought the restaurant example was more focus on the operations of the restaurant not just a software, but I understand why the instructor picked that case.

Excellent course. He did a great job explaining the differences between Agile and waterfall projects and providing an overview of how Change Management works in Agile projects. The case study example was also very helpful.

The content was quite good with clear backup examples. The reason I only gave it three and a half stars is that many of the sample change management documents, displayed on the video, were blurred and difficult to read.

I understand Agile but I work in an environment where we are moving from waterfall to a hybrid model with some projects moving to agile. I want to make sure I can adapt my CM practices to each project.

I have learned and enjoyed Agile software development projects for the majority of my 15 years as a business analyst; beginning with waterfall projects that included interations prior to agile introduction!

Highly recommend. Achieved all learning outcomes. Toby gives a very clear explanation of everything. Excellent to get an overview of the differences between waterfall and agile from a change management perspective; and also all the components of the agile project, in particular the change and communications aspects. Could not see where to access the take away examples Toby mentioned.
