The instructor is very knowledgeable, with very bite sizable videos to help educate viewers about the different aspects of change management. I think it’s a clean presentation, and covers a deep subject in an easy way to understand.

This course was well thought out and provided an in-depth understanding of organizational change management and how to begin building a comprehensive strategy. I appreciated the pace, timing and the multitude of resources provided to get me started.

The course provided organizational assessment tools were helpful and practical for building an OCM Strategy for an organization. Change management and its impact on the organization is a part of my portfolio responsibility and i feel confident i can use the tools to customize and present a plan to leaders within the organization.

Great overview and connection to content through the tools. Only build I have is the audio quality during the exercises. Was lower than the course content and I had to keep raising and lowering the volume as I traversed the course.
