Hi, I'm Deshan, the Founder and CEO from CipherDev Labs™. I started teaching on Udemy in June 2019 as a fun project until I was retrenched from my corporate job in July 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Working as a 'Business Analyst' in my corporate job, opened my eyes to the gaps between businesses and Digital Transformation initiatives.

I've been a full-time entrepreneur ever since focussing on growing CipherDev Labs™ to be a world-class provider in Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 Consulting.

My master's degree thesis project on a blockchain technology framework to improve the performance of Fresh Produce Supply Chains in Sri Lanka was considered as the "Best Innovative Technology Framework" at the SLASSCOM (Sri Lanka Association for Services and Software Companies) Innovation Awards in 2019.
