Course Description

Claude is the AI tool professionals are switching to. This is the course that shows you exactly how to use it.

Most Claude courses fall into one of two camps: too basic (here's how to type a prompt) or too technical (here's how to deploy an agent in a terminal). This course sits in the middle — where real work actually happens. It's for the marketer who wants faster campaigns, the analyst who wants sharper reports, the developer who wants to ship faster, and the team leader who needs to make smart AI decisions. All in under two hours, all with screenshare demos you can follow along with immediately.

What makes Claude different — and why it matters for your work

Claude, built by Anthropic, has become the preferred AI tool for serious professional output. Not because of hype — because of results. It writes better long-form content than any other model. It processes up to 1 million tokens of context, meaning entire codebases, lengthy contracts, and massive datasets fit in a single conversation. It scored 80.8% on SWE-bench, the industry's toughest coding benchmark. And it connects to your real tools — Slack, Gmail, GitHub, Google Drive, Excel, Salesforce — through MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard adopted across the industry.

Companies like Deloitte (470,000 employees), Stripe, and Ramp have made Claude their primary AI platform. Claude Code now accounts for 4% of all public GitHub commits. This is not a novelty tool — it's the one professionals are building workflows around.

What you'll learn in this course

This course covers Claude's complete feature set as of 2026 through five focused sections, each built around live screenshare demos.

Section 1 — Why Claude and how to get started: You'll understand what separates Claude from ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot from the first lecture. Then you'll choose the right plan — Free, Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise — based on your actual usage needs. And you'll get a complete tour of the Claude interface so you're comfortable and productive from day one.

Section 2 — The features that change everything: This is the heart of the course. Projects let you build persistent AI workspaces with uploaded knowledge bases, custom instructions, and team sharing — Claude becomes a domain expert on your business. Artifacts generate interactive documents, dashboards, calculators, and working web applications from conversation. Memory means Claude remembers your preferences, communication style, and ongoing work across every session. And Research Mode conducts multi-source web research in minutes, producing structured reports with inline citations.

Section 3 — Prompting like a pro and business workflows: You'll learn the Claude-specific prompting techniques that professionals actually use — XML tags, system prompts, role prompting, few-shot examples, and multi-turn refinement. Then you'll watch live demos covering email drafting, report writing, meeting notes, CSV data analysis with generated visualisations, slide deck creation, Excel formula generation, and full marketing campaign production. Every workflow demo uses realistic scenarios you can replicate on your own work the same day.

Section 4 — Claude for developers and power users: Claude Code is an agentic terminal tool that reads entire codebases, writes across multiple files, runs tests, and creates pull requests through natural language. You'll see it installed and used live. Then MCP — connecting Claude to Slack, GitHub, databases, and 100+ other tools through a single open standard — is covered end to end. Finally, you'll get a practical API overview: making your first call, using tool use, and understanding the Agent SDK for building agentic applications.

Section 5 — Choosing wisely and building your system: An honest, data-driven comparison of Claude versus ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot — covering context window performance, writing quality, coding benchmarks, ecosystem fit, safety, and pricing. Then a step-by-step guide to building your personal Claude workflow: configuring memory, setting up your core Projects, building a reusable prompt library, connecting your tools, and maintaining a weekly review rhythm.

Why this course — and not the others

There are now dozens of Claude courses on Udemy. Most fall short in one of three ways: they cover only Claude Code (useful for developers, inaccessible to everyone else), they're built around a single use case like marketing or business automation, or they're outdated the moment they're published. This course is different on all three fronts.

It covers every major Claude feature — web app, Projects, Artifacts, Memory, Research Mode, Extended Thinking, Claude Code, MCP, API, Claude for Excel, Claude for PowerPoint, Claude for Chrome, and Cowork — in one place. It's designed for mixed audiences: Sections 1–3 require nothing beyond a web browser; Section 4 is built for developers; Section 5 serves team leaders and decision-makers. And it's kept current — when Anthropic ships significant new features, this course is updated. Your enrolment includes all future updates at no extra cost.

We will also cover Claude Design, something recently lost and can help you improve your frontend design by 10 fold.

We will also cover skills like Caveman, premium frontend, seo-geo, and so on.

What's included

Every lecture features a live screenshare demo you can follow in real time. The course resource pack includes a downloadable prompt template library with 20 role-specific templates for marketing, sales, operations, HR, engineering, and leadership — plus an XML tag cheat sheet and model selection decision tree you can keep open while working.

Who this is for

Business professionals who want to eliminate the hours they spend on emails, reports, data analysis, and presentations. Developers and engineers looking to master Claude Code, the API, and MCP integrations. Team leaders evaluating AI tools and planning deployment across their organisation. Anyone currently using ChatGPT or Gemini who wants to understand why Claude is different and how to get the most out of it.

Who this is not for

If you want a course that goes 15 hours deep on a single use case — like building full-stack applications with Claude Code or running enterprise-scale Cowork deployments — this course is a strong foundation but not the endpoint. It's designed to make you highly proficient across all major Claude features, not to specialise you in one.

If you're using Claude but think you're not getting the most out of it, this course can really help. It offers helpful tips for getting better and more reliable results from AI.

By Yana Zakharchenko on 8/18/2026

I found many helpful ways to use Claude for writing, coming up with ideas, researching, and doing the same tasks over and over. The course is easy to understand and full of helpful ideas I can use right away.

By Elise van Dam on 8/17/2026

This course does a great job of showing how Claude can be used in real jobs. The examples are useful, and the lessons showed me how AI can really help me be more productive.

By Snehal Kulkarni on 8/17/2026

I learned a set of methods that I can use over and over again. Instead of thinking of Claude as something new and interesting, the course showed me how it can be a helpful tool for my daily tasks.

By Nicole Meier on 8/16/2026

I found some methods that help me write, get things organized, summarize information, and come up with ideas much quicker. The main advantage is having a system you can use over and over again instead of just trying things out with AI.

By Freddie Patel on 8/14/2026

The course makes everything simple and easy to understand. I really enjoyed learning how to write prompts so Claude gives much better answers. It has changed how I do repetitive tasks.

By Shaikha Al-Otaibi on 8/14/2026

This course helped Claude feel more down-to-earth and friendly. I figured out how to use it for my daily tasks instead of just asking random questions. The processes are easy to understand and can be used right away.

By José Pinto on 8/9/2026

A useful course to help you be more productive. The strategies are easy for beginners to understand but can still be helpful for those who have some experience with Claude.

By Salama Al-Falasi on 8/8/2026

This course gives you exactly what it says it will. It helped me learn how to use Claude better for writing, researching, and daily tasks, which made my work faster and easier.

By Madhumit Nandi on 5/22/2026

The course have fewer use cases and hands-on material and section 4 contents does not play at all, it keeps loading. Could not find a way to report this issue in udemy. More examples with sample materials would be helpful. Edit/Update: Many other sections are not playable as well. The video does not load at all. Don't get this from Udemy, unless they fix it.
