The information and recommendations for the messaging sequence are good and clearly set out - will be easy to follow. However, it's very disappointing that they promote the use of endorsement swap Groups to pad a person's Skills Endorsement numbers using people who can't actually speak to their abilities or lack-thereof. That sort of thing isn't an efficiency hack - it's a deceptive way to game the system.
