This course exceeded my expectations. I'm starting a new role as a people leader tomorrow. I honestly wasn't sure where to start, but this course was so thoughtful in thinking through every part of managing a team. I feel extremely prepared not just for my first day, but for the next several months. Thank you for an amazing course!

As someone about to step into a management role, this was really helpful in giving me a plan and specific ideas for where to start. Almost as good as Chris's Practical Leadership Skills course (which was Amazing!!!) and more geared towards the new manager. I really liked the Questions to Ask and Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly tasks sections.

The New Manager’s Toolkit course provided a solid foundation for transitioning into a management role. It covered essential topics such as communication, team building, and performance management in a clear and practical way. I especially appreciated the real-world examples and actionable strategies that I can apply directly in my leadership role. The course was well-structured, easy to follow and highly relevant for anyone stepping into management for the first time. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience that enhanced my confidence and effectiveness as a new manager.

A really great course to follow if you are starting a new job as a manager, whether you are new as a manager of experienced, this is a great reminder of the importance of keeping an honest and low profile during the first months, asking lot of questions and leading by example. While being experienced as a manager, I followed this course when starting a new contract. It helped me a lot.

As always, Mr. Croft's courses are packed with knowledge and good tips, and I liked this one very much. As someone that is a bit struggling with moving from TechLead+Manager to pure Manager, the course provided valuable insights.
