Content really exceded expectations as Rauph went through the entire process with lots of detail and pro tips. I really apprecated the suggested rebuttals and have been committing them to memory. Having completed the course, I feel much stronger in my grasp overall, though I will say that the cold calling/texting technology section is an area that I will need to review and maybe find other sources to learn more. I am a senior in college and have been seeing a lot of whole sales stuff on social media, I did some high ticket sales over the summer but decided that it was a little bit to scammy for my liking, and real estate is something my grandfather made a lot of money doing. I also feel like this is a skill I can use forever, not to mention I graduate in May and have nothing set up work wise, I'd rather work for myself.

However, as a first-time investor, I felt that having more detailed steps on how to get started would have been immensely helpful. He covered all of the basic level concepts of wholesaling. I was looking for a more in depth course of things that I can't learn with a youtube search. If you are looking to get an understanding that is a little above surface level knowledge then this is the course for you. Seems like a great dude who gave us all he had but I do feel he could have added more deal structuring or case studies to further the knowledge barrier. Overall, solid course. Thanks Ralph!

The instructor is very knowledgable on his approach on what to use to automate his business using varies different softwares. He also explains what options you can try to suite your needs. I can't wait to see the negotiation process and the contracts used in the upcoming lessons!

It was a good course that outlined what is needed to start wholesaling. The part that I felt was missing is how the conversations should go with the seller. Content with actual calls with sellers would be a great addition. Also discuss common objections that sellers may have and how to overcome them to close the deal.

Well organized and very thorough. He does speak a little fast and doesn't articulate very well but the information is on point. Also, he does seem to rush through certain parts without clarity but you can always go back and rewatch and take notes. You can also turn on captions (which aren't always accurate but help). I don't think he knows the golden formula and isn't making as much money as he could on many of his deals. Still, a good purchase.

I really enjoyed this Training video. It had all the information necessary to get up and running lots of value and a lot of good tips. For the length of it and what was covered which was everything I could think of and extra. The extra pointers on land wholesale was great. That was something I did not know and could only get it by experience and relationship or rapport with the builders. Great job full of the right information and tools needed to get started. I do have one suggestion for software that will make a huge difference in anyone's journey from beginner to pro. I believe a really big game changer. Hit me back if interested. I'll contact you.
