Have you ever had one of the following thoughts?
I/my team don't fully understand how our day to day work contributes to the bigger picture of the organisation?
I/my team can't really tell how well we are performing from day to day/week to week against our goals?
We don't even have goals - we just do our job
I want to stand out from the crowd and lead the improvement of my/my teams performance
I/my team do not understand what "good quality" looks like for our work
We do not seem to understand the true root causes of our problems - we just repeatedly fix the same problems as they arise
Improvement projects are only done by project people and senior leaders - we don't get engaged
We do not have good documented standard procedures for our work
People do work in very different ways depending on their personal preference
Generally... its chaotic and disorganised in our organisation
This course will help tackle a lot of these common frustrations - and help springboard your personal growth and provide you with a set of transferable standards/questions in your own mind that you can take with you and apply in literally any job, in any industry (or even sports teams).

4 stars because I wish the slides could be downloaded. Otherwise, great course! Clear communication, great examples, and great information!

great training, personally for me most helpful for RCA analyses from start to finish - the process is very well explained I found it helpful to learn about fishbone diagram and the 6 steps to apply it. We are already using a similar process - the fishbone method will help with a more organised application

As an implementation manager, I found the course to be very useful for my current role. The course provided some alternative resources and talking points that I can use to drive continuous improvement with team members.

To the point and terminologies explained with great examples and clear communication.

Consolidation and repetition of knowledge already known and applied. Among the new things, other ways of clearly presenting complex data sets in process descriptions.

There should be a pretest to determine what modules the trainee needs to focus on. The Root cause analysis module comes to mind. 1 hour and change was a long time to sit through particularly when an individual comes from an incident & problem background with strong skills in root cause & problem management.

It is a very detailed CI process, and quite extensive. I'm not sure how I can modify or simplify for smaller teams. Hope that will be discussed.
