It was great! very helpful and informative, the trainer is easy to understand also very effective in his teaching style plus the fact that it's a self paced study where we can watch the videos anywhere, anytime is just an awesome bonus!

It was okay, I found it was all over, having been filmed in a classroom setting, I couldn't hear what the questions from the participants, felt like I was missing stuff, some talks didn't match up. During the infant demos people standing in front of camera, Thankful this was really just a refresher course for me, if you were new to CPR/AED, you probably would be very confused and have a hard time understanding. I did however like the instructor he was very personable, but all in all this style of course should probably stay in classroom only, not posted as a on-line course.

loved this course. It was something I needed to do for my career path and something I always wanted to understand. I thank officer Scott for his service and providing a fun and engaging class with great teaching and delivery of details. I enrolled in the de escalation class because these skills are so important to not bypass. I am excited to learn these skills. In 2003 I have went to school majoring in criminal justice but only gently talked about hostage negotiations in Organized Crime class. It was a topic that I wish would have been discussed further because it does matter every day. Even going to the store and maybe an argument occurs, how to handle something as simple as that or even more on the extreme side like how we see in the movies. I feel that anyone who has interest in becoming a teacher in fitness and other areas, dealing with the general public should absolutely take his course. Thank you for your years of service and thank you for the insightful information I can use to keep myself safe and service my community.

It's truly insightful! I hadn't had to deal with the "gasping but not actually breathing" scenario before but it made total sense to bring it up! And, pinching the nose.

I honestly appreciate this teacher Scott Stout! He explains in details and makes the lesson understood very well by practice, it is something incredible. From here I gained the skills that I am sure I can be able to save someone's life by performing CPR, AED and more I learnt.
