You won't regret getting this course. Craig is engaging, clearly sets out steps to follow - with lots of bonus useful tidbits - and examples of HOW to do them yourself. Heaps of practical stuff like organising candidate info in a logical way, through to websites to use for different steps and best type of interview relative to conduct (and way more). The 1x playback rate was a tad slow for me, but I adjusted it up and we were off and away!
