It is very cursor, the music in the background is INCREDIBLY annoying and the quality of the sound is poor - the instructor's accent is very strong and he is softly spoken

Sound issues, very hard to understand. No way to follow along.. have to just watch and try to hear what the instructor is saying. :(

Speech is a bit hard to understand and background music a bit too loud in Section 1. Using the closed captioning is useful.

it is a good course which I really needed in time. the course content is great, but the background music is VERY DISTURBING!!! can you please turn off the background music. Plus the instructor's voice is not loud and clear enough and I have to turn on the caption for the whole course. overall it is a poor experience.

Slow and during the first lessons the instructor is difficult to understand. Also the voice is monotonous.

Very thick accent, I can barely understand what he is saying. I have to focus a lot more just to try to hear what he is saying. The back ground music is just making it worst. Having background music in the background is not even good instructional design.

Succinct! Great introduction to the tool and how to utilized. The short informative sections allowed me to fill in my spare minutes throughout the day. I can now navigate my way around the tool and more importantly understand what it takes to create a report and how I can use the tool to create meaningful information in different ways based on the same data set. I'm in no way close to an expert but can definitely build on the things covered on this course. I do have access to Webi and Universes at the workplace but was always a foreign subject for me until now.

This course offers a great high-level overview of creating reports with sap BO WEBI The content is clear and useful. Delivers what is promised. The content is comprehensive and laid out nicely in a way that makes it easy to understand. The instructor was knowledgeable and interesting.
