Well I am in the same boat as Phil. I am living in my SUV with a twin mattress in the back but I do have a job. I was in between jobs when I lost my apartment and had to move out. I am thankful to God that even though I am living in my car I still feel so tremendously blessed. I have been wanting to do real estate also and couldn't find a good book that teaches me the whole thing without putting a plug to purchase their course to get the rest of the details.
