This is an excellent course. The explanations are clear and easy to follow. This course also allowed me to improve my sourdough starter management. I also made some dried sourdough starter that I keep in the freezer. So I started making bread in a Dutch oven. But I find the crust a little too hard. If you have any advice on how to improve this, it would be very welcome. Thank you for creating this course.
