Hi, I’m David Millard, a Microsoft Certified Trainer based in the UK with over 20 years experience of helping learners and professionals build workplace-ready digital skills.

I’ve taught more than 8,700 students worldwide here on Udemy, earning over 2,700 positive reviews and maintaining a 4.6 instructor rating. My goal is simple: to make Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook not only easier to understand, but also fun and practical to use.
