I like the course. Some constructive criticism is that I don't think we need to be reminded as much that you are available for questions. I appreciate your availability but we are being told so frequently it gets to be a time waster. Next, I prefer the quizzes that we take where we are scored and we can go back if we miss one to review it. I do not like the ones where it counts down in the video and then the answer is given. There was one a few videos back where the correct answer was already marked by mistake. This made the question confusing; then I realized it was an editing error. Please review. Otherwise, the course is great. Thanks!

I am able to follow along with the course fairly easy. I enjoy the illustrations of the training examples. The speaker is a little difficult to fully understand the points he is making so I feel a little hampered by having to read the transcript while attempting to view the actual lesson.

The course was really helpful for me, someone with absolutely zero knowledge of things like management. The course is wonderfully structured and helps to get a good grip over basics. the accent is abysmal, but after a few videos, i was able to well adapt with it with transcripts and subtitles.

A very good course. It was totally out of my field, but the way this course was explained was very nice and give me a very good idea of Six sigma White and Yellow belt training. Case studies added in last were very informative but I felt that if some more case studies were added after each big topic then it'd have made its a beautiful combination of theoretical knowledge and practical case study.
