Enjoy how calm the voice is in the video. The precise break down of topics and understanding them and their outcomes is delivered well and easy to understand.

It's a very productive course. Getting to know your triggers helps you better understand and regulate your emotions and hence improves your behavior, decision making and overall surrounding.

This course was good experience, a tad bit redundant. But overall, a nice reminder to consider other's emotions and consider how your reactions can change another person's tone and or body language. Approach situations objectively and pause before extreme reactions to avoid escalating situations unecessarily.

Emotional intelligence is important because it helps me work better with others, communicate clearly, and handle pressure effectively. It improves teamwork, decision-making, and stakeholder management, which are essential for my role and future growth in product management.

I really liked how this was presented and it felt really genuine. I've seen emotional intelligence learnings before that just didn't feel authentic, but this one did. There were some really good reminders in here for me
By Samuel Mkhize on 6/6/2026
Emotional intelligent is one of the most important things one should (my opinion), I have learnt a lot in this course on how to react in different situation and taking time to calm yourself before you respond.

Because I was struggling with emotional intelligence but now I've learnt that sometimes you need to understand people's personalities and be cautious of your surroundings to no offend them and be mind full of your emotions. Not everything needs a response
By Penelope Sithole on 5/13/2026
From my personal experience, there have been moments where we will react impulsively without taking the time to think. Upon reflection, I realized that our emotional responses at times unintentionally hurt others. However, these experiences have been very valuable, as they have helped me become more aware of the emotions and the impact they can have on those around us.
By Liz Mackenzie on 4/22/2026
The videos are fine. Not particularly memorable and without much structure to the ideas presented, but clearly spoken and easy enough to follow along with. The quizes are an embarrassment, though: not only do they not echo the content of the videos, the answers are phrased in ways that worsen uncertainty and make even an educated guess a complete shot in the dark.
