It seems to be repeating a lot of the other courses I have studied so far.

I don't doubt that the content is very useful if applied, but there was way too much information and lists one after another without any pauses for downloadable exercises. I think some downloads throughout each main section for different exercises, self-reflection, etc. would be really helpful. I had a very hard time staying engaged and was overwhelmed with all the lists.
