This may be because I have already taken a management class back if college, so take it with a handful of salt. The course lacks any depth. It basically lists many ideas and defines them. Then shows a few examples. But there isn't any meat to any of the ideas. It reads more like an outline for a 6-month course rather than fully informational.

it was good and very informative. The course material was well-structured and covered the key topics thoroughly. The instructor explained complex ideas clearly and used practical examples that made the lessons engaging.

It was OK. The section 2 was the most useful for me. I would appreciate if it had more informations. Section 3 talked mostly about IT projects and management. I am not IT engineer or manager so i am not really interested to that so i found it less useful but to be fair the general idea was not bad. Part of the process could be used in many areas and different businesses. Of course i understand its just a course and the engineering Management is a huge topic to cover so i would recommend it to junior-mid engineering managers.

Engineering management can be a rewarding career path for those who enjoy problem-solving and leading others. These positions also tend to pay well. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics

This course was helpful for me to see the broader scope of engineering and technology management. Being a telecom professional for my career the examples presented showed similarities but also provided how the solutions to differences can be applied to my field. I also appreciated the course covering areas that I have not touched in my role but certainly need familiarity with. Thanks!
