Very good content all throughout, although it might be useful to update this course for the modern era of Microsoft Excel, since things might have changed since then.

Very good match to what I wanted. Very basic understanding of financial statements starting from scratch. This fits the bill. I'm yet to go to the excel portion. Updated -The excel section is equally simple and easy and I'd definitely recommend the course to someone keen on learning finance and excel from scratch

I was looking for something which assumes no understanding of finance. While I have gone thru only the initial lectures, I find this course beginner friendly. The concepts have been made easy to understand. So far I have liked this course. In fact after going through half of excel basics videos as well, I can say this is recommended for anyone really looking to learn excel and finance from scratch.

As such I consider myself a beginner and yet I'm able to understand the concepts explained very clearly. The videos are plain vanilla but explanations are super simple. That's what I am looking for. I'm just getting started, but so far so good. More than half way through the course now, and I'm glad I'm going through this course. Definitely recommended for anyone who is a beginner and is keen on learning finance and excel.

As a complete beginner, I loved the starting of this course. I have no background but it's still easy for me to understand the contents. The videos are not fancy, but simple and easy. That's what I wanted. I'm now mid way through the excel concepts after finishing finance concepts and I'd say this is good for anyone looking to get a foundation in finance an excel.
