Overall nice course but it could have been better if the actual finance concepts are explained a bit more otherthan focusing on FINANCIAL MODELLING

I though there would be more practical knowledge

Overall a good course. Using the Comparable Company Analysis valuation method, you will learn to make a simple but clean financial model. One thing I found lacking was that he could have explained the finance concepts a little bit more. For example, the fact that we are essentially transferring the debt raised to the target company and calculating the equity value on a net basis might confuse beginners.

As a complete beginner i thoroughly enjoyed this course but felt I needed more context as to the scope of this financial model. If I am not wrong this financial model is used more often by PE firms, information like this if communicated during the videos would provide learners such as myself a more comprehensive understanding of the course material. Apart from this I learnt a lot, thank you so much!

Very realistic approach and straight to the point. I would only suggest to add at least one real life case study with more in depth, even if it is slower than the rest of the video, and believe it will add a lot of value. Nonetheless, superb quality.
