This is a short, lecture-style introduction to change management from Quantum Consultants, a consulting firm. It runs about 1.7 hours across 27 lectures in five sections: change levels, project phases, competencies, and the stages individuals go through when change lands on them. There is one quiz and no exercises or projects. The syllabus shows it is built for people who need the vocabulary and the big picture, not a toolkit to paste into a live project. More than 17,000 students have enrolled, and the course was last updated in March 2025.

Most of the 6,662 ratings are strong. Around 5,700 are four or five stars. Reviewers describe the delivery as straight-forward, concise and easy to follow, and two single out the examples from the presenter as practical or simple. The complaints are consistent too. Low-star reviewers say it is one person talking with no graphics, and that it gets boring. A four-star reviewer found a lot of theory and wanted more templates, especially for the phases section. Only 162 reviews are one or two stars.

Think of it as a primer. It gives a new manager or team member a shared vocabulary before a change project, but it will not teach implementation in depth. If you learn best from visuals, activities or worksheets, plan to add something else. If you want a brisk overview and can live with a talking-head format, it is a reasonable first step.

There is lot of theory, which is obviously subjective from a Change project to Change project. Some templates, specifically on Change Management Phases could be more helpful
