Excellent course content and good pace for me for someone new to the field and practice of change management. Great filler knowledge to help with my new position as a Change Management Consultant/testing analyst.

I enjoyed this course alot. It gave me a good insight in the basics of change management. Will there be a continuation of this course in the future? Something like an intermediate level course on change management?

Access to the slide deck would have been handy.

This course was a good introduction to managing change. Much of what was said seemed to be repeated, however, and some of the content seemed quite obvious but I appreciated the reminders. I've not done a change management course before, but I am currently doing a level 5 CIPD course in L&D which included a module on organisation development, so perhaps this Udemy course wasn't the right level for me. This was my first Udemy course, and I'd have appreciated an opportunity to embed the learning via exercises throughout.
