My name is George Ntani, Founder and Lead Instructor at RylKim Solutions, with more than 17 years of engineering experience in the telecommunications industry and extensive experience working with complex technical systems, data analytics, network troubleshooting, automation, and operational problem-solving.

I have a passion for taking complex technical concepts and breaking them down into clear, structured, and practical lessons that are easier to understand and apply. Through my training programs and published courses, I have helped more than 25,000 students worldwide develop technical skills and advance their learning.

My Splunk courses are designed around a simple philosophy: certification is important, but practical capability is the ultimate goal.

Rather than focusing only on what you need to memorize for an exam, I use demonstrations, hands-on exercises, practical examples, and detailed explanations to help you understand how Splunk works and how its capabilities can be applied in real-world environments.
