Informative and engaging, personal videos are a bad quality just like Dan says but they provide a fun window into what life of a nomad can be like.

Pretty disappointed...if you've read even a little bit about location independence/the digital nomad lifestyle then there's nothing new here. This is like the 4 hour work week in video format. What would be waaaay more helpful is some guidance on getting clients/finding work as a digital nomad and specifically in copywriting which is why someone pointed me towards this course. I imagine many people, like myself, will try out this course because they already know they want to try and live this way. More practical guidance needed!!

A good course for inspiring action. I am already very familiar with the content, however the instructor presented the information in a simple common sense manner. This ultimately prevents overthinking and encourages action.

This is my first Udemy course and so far I'm impressed. Videos are easy to understand and very informative ... just what I was looking for! As a woman in her mid-forties looking at the next chapter of her life and with the nomadic traveler bug pumping through her veins, becoming a digital nomad is the ultimate goal. So, thank you to Dan for assisting me with your knowledge

Although the quality of the video & audio lectures is not perfect but Dan is walking the talk and breaks down how he's running his business as a digital nomad. Good info for people interested in pursuing this path. Some areas could include more details but generally a good course. Thanks Dan :)

While I already work from home, I'm not location or money independent (yet!). I've always wanted to travel and live in other countries. I've already traveled some. Looking forward to doing that more! The instructor is knowledgeable and engaging; he has other courses, mostly for writing, copywriting in particular. I've taken one already and will go back to his videos to brush up on my learning. Highly recommended instructor and course!

This course is exactly what I've come to expect from Dan Johnston's classes. He delivers powerful information in small chunks that allow you to really absorb what he's sharing. Some of these ideas I've heard before, but he has a true gift of getting straight to the point and awakening your own creative problem solving skills. Really enjoying this journey! Well worth the investment.

I found this course to be really valuable on two levels. On an emotional side it was inspiring and encouraging. Taking it made me feel like freedom and location independence are very possible. On a technical side, I think the advice around banking, housing and technology will probably save most people a couple thousand dollars each year at least and perhaps make what seems out of reach, full time travel, more affordable, and therefore possible a lot sooner. One last thing. I really liked that the instructor was really teaching from personal experience, with some of his own research thrown in. This is a lot better than courses that just seem to repeat things from books or "gurus".

Before this course I used to believe that living a life of travels was only for people with big economy and/or a lot of free time, but Dan set a real base for make this dream possible. It's not a course about of "How to live on vacations", it's a complete guide in which you learn how to continue gaining your life, your everyday money, while travel and know people around the world.
