This was an excellent course, enriched with numerous practical examples as well as incredibly useful materials and templates that made complex topics regarding IT procurement and software licensing easy to understand and apply in practice. I highly recommend this course to anyone who needs basic knowledge of IT Procurement.

Viele Basics werden erklärt und man erhält ein Grundverständnis zum Softwareeinkauf. In dem Template wird auf die interne Vorbereitung eines Einkaufsprojekts eingegangen und ein Template zum Anfragen. Es wäre noch eine weitere Schulung notwendig zu Klauseln zu Datenschutz & IT-Security und anderen wichtigen Klauseln. Zudem wird nicht darauf eingegangen wie es nach der Angebotsanfrage weitergeht, z.B. Angebotsvergleiche, Vertragsverhandlungen usw.

Well presented and efficient use of time. Excellent coverage of so many topics with thorough explanations throughout. My only suggestion would be that the pace could be improved, because for me personally, it felt more comfortable and still not rushed at 1.25x speed rather than "normal" which seemed too slow. Good introduction to the basics of Software Licensing. If you've never worked through an arrangement - this gives you some of the basic terms and parameters to consider.

This course is very important to me because I regularly purchase and renew licence's so it is very beneficial for me to understand the different types of software and how important is is to read the terms and conditions.

It was not much informative .... felt like just read the presentation.... if possible cud include examples in it to understand the subject better..... This topic cud have been more interesting...

This is a good overview of the different types of software licensing agreements. It's detailed enough to give a broad understanding of how to purchase different types of software licenses and what to look for when reviewing a software agreement.

Very interesting introduction for beginners (in Procurement Software or Software Asset Manager). The duration of these videos is adapted to my time constraints. Perhaps a richer animation (including key words/message and not long phrases) would be more efficient.

Overall the course was quite simple and Andy provided the information which can be easily understood by layman too. I liked the overall content and definitely helped in enhancing my understanding about the software but would like to suggest if more examples differentiating the types of licenses would have been an added advantage.
