Right on the nose ! Im looking to invest in my first property. I really didn't know, exactly what was the next step to take. With the prior knowledge i have of REI. Meaning what order, without wasting time. Trying to figure it out myself. This program is exactly what i was looking for. Who to exactly contact, names, titles of positions. In order step by step.

Having started an interest in real estate investing, this looks like a good way to slowly inch into real estate and from a hands-on approach. I had heard of wholesaling, but not with any depth in explanation. This is something I think will benefit the investment group that I have formed and the practices seem practical enough that we can pursue a few wholesaling projects and move forward with comfort. This training material was helpful.

as someone like myself who wants to get started in real estate ,the course was excellent and easy to follow very helpful.The instructor was excellent and to the point ,i would recommend this course anytime to someone that would want to start as an entry into real estate.

Really enjoyed how he went about explaining things and how to go about doing them step by step. Gave some really good examples of what to do and what not to do as well. Over all I feel more confident and prepared to go out and take the same approach he did to get started in the business.

Very good information and great for start up! Straight up facts on basics of wholesaling and very motivating to get started now! I love step by step processes and this one is very easy to follow. As someone with almost no knowledge of the real estate business, I would have liked for the instructor to have gone through the closing process between seller and buyer, with you being middleman, a little more. Example - How much time should it take to close? Should the seller be there when the buyer signs Assignment Agreement? And then we all go to title company to close? How does closing process work in a wholesale situation? I am planning on sending e-mail with these questions, but it would be a nice addition to Session 14.

Powerful information here. There are levels to real estate investing, and this course lays it out very well. It's literally a course, from having no real estate experience, to getting your first real estate check. A straightforward, no nonsense guide, I'm enjoying it!

This course takes students step by step through the entire process from start to finish. This course contains valuable information for both the seasoned investor, and those starting out. The video lengths are perfect, not too long, or too short. Again, highly recommended course.

Although I have only gone through the course and not implemented any part of it, I can tell you it is very good. Great information, great value, well explained. The next step is to take action however with the lessons structured and explained the way Dennis does it, this should be pretty straight forward.
