I've only just started this course, but I will say that I do love that we are not just focused on the technical, but also on the aspirational. The instructor focuses on goals, your "why", etc. This is all very important for being successful with anything in life. I am looking forward to getting deeper into this.

I am glad that I took this course! It is organized and overall well-presented and helpful. The speaker was well-spoken. Why only 4 1/2? As an SEO expert with 14 years of experience starting a cleaning business to diversify income, I don't quite agree with the SEO advice presented and for someone unfamiliar with SEO, it is presented in a way that is likely to be confusing. For instance, 5 tabs is not enough to rank - it's what I call a starter website. And all the warnings on not being too wordy while being sure to add in the keywords could lead to not enough content to rank well (a content-thin website) and lead to keyword stuffing. Also, ranking on pages two and three of Google is not good and very few potential clients will find your website organically.

Great course overall. At the beginning there is a lot of you could do this or that. But as the course progressed it’s more of a how and what to do which is why I signed up for this course and gave it 5 stars.

I thought it was very insightful. Brought about issues and key concepts that I knew , but we're not highlighted in my thoughts or actions, because of how many things are going on in your head when starting a cleaning business. nice reminders. Also , marketing and media knowledge was

1.) it is very UK based so I think it should be renamed to (how to start a cleaning business IN THE UK) 2.) There is a LOT of unneccessery explainantion, the course could be much shorter with more to the point explainations and without extensively repeating and explaining a single point that is by itself logical. 3.) Probably ok for someone who doesnt have any business sense

A well laid out course full of practical tips and information that could be applied in any cleaning service, start-up or established. Well presented slides and narrated in a clear and concise way. Definitely worth the investment of both cost of course and time to complete - would highly recommend to others thinking of entering cleaning or just stuck in a rut with their current cleaning business
