Course Description

Just before my first pay arrived, on my very first job, my bank balance read:

+£106.01

That was all the money I had to my name.

I owned no assets but I desperately wanted to own a house, a small slice of real estate that I could call mine.

On the plus side, I didn’t have a credit card or a store card because no one would give me one.

My personal balance sheet had a big fat zero on both sides: no assets, no liabilities.

My wage after taxes was £2,128.

With the cost of living in London, it wasn’t extraordinary but it would have to be enough.

It took about 14 months of aggressive saving to get together enough of a deposit for my first property.

That was 2006.

Fast forward 10 years to 2016 and the value of the portfolio stands at £1,825,000.

This course summarizes all the fundamental things I learnt to get that first property.

Lack of this knowledge has led to many people losing their homes to a bank and seeing everything they’ve worked so hard for just crumble away.

Save yourself a few headaches … take step 1 to your life as a property mogul, join this course.

This is a fabulous course for an absolute beginner. Clearly explained and straightforward. Thank you for such a simple and clear course. Just what I needed. If I could give ten stars, I would. Highly recommended for complete beginners and those slightly more advanced. Marks: 10 out of 10.

A great simplistic course to get into terminologies of property. Could do with more stories of maybe ups and downs that have been had in doing this for yourself. Simplistic, but liked it. Easy to understand

A very well structured content and made very engaging with the video introductions, a touch of personal experiences. Videos lengths are also perfect which explains the concepts in the utmost concise manner possible. Couldn't be any better. Thank you !

By Sebastian Trebacz on 12/15/2020

Very annoying intro/outro. This "course" is basically a glossary of simple terms. There's nowhere near enough here to get anyone started. Might actually be quite off-putting for some

By Michael Ogunmakin on 10/7/2020

Great starting point. Very concise and also has a personal touch to her videos, where she gives examples. I think her child interrupted one of the videos (made me laugh). Overall, good course. I would recommend for absolute beginners

I have really enjoyed the course and gain valuable knowledge. As new to this game it was fundamentally to have a clear structure and well-presented information in order to get me going and feel comfortable with the terms. And that has been delivered fully. Apart from that, the way the videos are viewed in relation to the speaker has a chilled and relaxed vibe that makes you feel as you are having a mutual conversation, but not over relaxed (or bored). I really recommend this tutorial and big bravo to the presenter of giving and organizing that course in a cristal clear and understandable manner.

It has been a great experience, the instructor shows vast knowledge in this course.Enjoyed watching each and every video as they were well explained.Practical examples which was my favorite part. would recommend this course to anyone who is looking into property investment. Looking for more course done by you regarding investment.

This is valuable course to take especially for the 1st time home buyer. Lots of of practical tips. I think my only issue about this course is that the short fillers before and after the topics. Nevertheless, I still give this course 5 star rating. Thanks Heather you are such an inspiration. :)

Some very useful information that can help you to get to know all the cost involve in buying a property. I recommend any first time buyer to take this course before buying their first property. This course doesn't cost a lot of money so its worth listening to all the information she has given in this course.

By Jennifer Talevich on 4/15/2017

Why is it so hard to find a course with this foundational information? Every other advice source skips the basics of financing and jumps to deal making. Being in the US, I was at first concerned about the teacher being UK based. But I see now the basic concepts are the same and when terms differ she explains them--and I know enough to know they are the correct terms. Some details will surely differ in the US but now I know what professionals to seek out and what questions to ask them. Invaluable.
