Taking a Health and Safety course changed the way I think about work. Before the course, I used to see safety rules as just company procedures, but now I understand they are there to prevent real injuries and save lives. The course helped me learn how to identify hazards, assess risks, and apply controls before starting any task.

I am writing to provide feedback on the Level 2 HSE course and share some thoughts on what went well and what could be improved for future sessions. What could be improved: While the course content was commendable, there were a few areas that could benefit from refinement. Firstly, the audio quality of some of the videos was not clear, which impacted on the learning experience. Ensuring high-quality audio in all instructional videos would greatly enhance the overall delivery of the course material. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide course notes in PDF format. The volume of information presented during the course was substantial, and having hard-copy notes would aid in better retention and future reference. This would be especially useful for participants who may need to revisit the material for clarification or reinforcement of concepts learned.

The course was very informative, and I really appreciated the clear and detailed explanations about health and safety. Before starting Level Two, I wasn’t sure if it would actually deepen my knowledge, but it definitely did. I’m very satisfied with what I learned. Thank you!

The content of this course is well detailed and educative, there is so much to learn. I find the provided resources elaborate, informative and sufficient. One of the videos started off with a very low volume and jumped straight to high towards its end. I would suggest that the use of earphones/headphones be avoided here as it could cause damage to one's hearing abilities. Overall, it is an absolutely great course and the instructor/trainer is simply amazing.

The course was above my expectations. The tutor was exact in giving out details of each topic. He was also very audible and took his time ensuring the listeners understood what he was communicating. All in all, it was a good course, I look forward to joining him on HSE level 3

As recently, I've been putting all of my deadlines and important dates regarding my classes into my calendar so that i can organize my time better. I've also been trying to set more time aside for studying instead of just trying to cram information as um dealing with alot at same time. Knowledge is power um glad I've upgraded my knowledge through this course.

This course provides quite enough information for a good grounding on HSE. However, on a personal note, I observed 1-) The course and material provided could have been more engaging if the instructor could have played well with his voice tune. 2-) There have been some sound recording issues that create lots of distraction and inability to focus. 3-) I Would appreciate it if more examples could be brought to the different topics and situations, that could build better engagement and talk to the brain to use imagination and leave mind prints. 4-) The instructor sounded as if he was reading a book that again brings monotone and requires lots of effort from me to focus and avoid sleeping.

Once again you have explained everything which I love and the quiz afterwards …but as I only use a pad I could not do the assessments which I really want to ..so that’s the reason I given 4 star

1. The speed of presentation means that this course will take MUCH longer than it needs to. 2. Can I have $1 for every time I hear "As I mentioned earlier" BTW - I think some of the "Correct Answers" are contrary to what was taught or what makes sense and I'd argue that my answer was the "more correct" one

The implementation of these concepts, in practice, is very useful, because work accidents can be avoided, as well as save lives, with this knowledge, put into practice in our work, they become the first means to protect workers. injury workers.
