This course helped me understand how to better support leadership and build structure for an innovation zone. I’m excited to apply what I learned to strengthen my role and help my coworkers grow and innovate for the future.

This gives me more insights about the innovation, i mean the course adds me a lot of value about my understanding. This will help me to try my best to make better solutions and create value to some aspects of my life and for our organisation.

I found this course to be a very good match for me, especially given my interest in understanding how innovation works at both a strategic and practical level. What stood out the most was how the course moved beyond theory and explained innovation through real-world examples and frameworks. The concepts like innovation apex, core competency vs business model, and innovation portfolio were particularly insightful. They helped me think differently about how organizations evolve and why some succeed while others fail. I also appreciated the emphasis on leadership, especially the importance of authenticity, decisiveness, and willingness to take risks. It made me reflect on my own organization and how innovation is currently approached.

The information from the course is easy to relate to my current workplace. My manager rejects any suggestion or proposal. There is a constant fear of making mistakes — what if I do something wrong and lose my job? So people stay like this for ten years, retire, and hope for the best afterwards. Even a simple idea, like creating a small testing lab for solutions before implementation — using recovered parts and an old laptop retired by IT — is dismissed.

Very interesting case studies and presentation. The class was well structured and moved relatively quickly. My only critique is that the 1 minute recaps between each major lesson are not needed.

Honestly, this is the best course i have ever taken on innovation. Every term used was broken down into understandable terms.

Good training with good examples (even when some are a bit old) and well teached. It is easy to follow as the teacher is very energetic.
