Course is very detailled. Perfect recommendation. Only little advice for improvement: The sequences from conferences, TV, etc. are quite disturbing because of the different sound qualities.

The presenter did an excellent job and was a very polished speaker, but I found the overwhelming majority of information given to feel like common sense. I particularly did not like the sections that went over the information a second time. That felt unnecessary.

Good, nothing wrong with it, short and to the point. However, it's too basic, too general, and mostly common sense. Almost everything taught in this course is just everyday stuff that I doubt anyone is completely unaware of. I purchased this course hoping to see more edge cases; I was expecting to learn more serious, in-depth techniques and strategies. In the end, I was left wondering: are there really people who don't know this information, so there is a course about it?

I have throughly enjoyed this course and gave me better insight on how I have been navigating through my corporate culture incorrectly. The information and knowledge that Kimberly gives is extremely useful. From learning business handshakes to becoming self aware of how body language influences at workplaces . This is a great first step in business and personal investment.

While I appreciate all the content, I think some of the etiquettes are out dated, and should include different work areas. As when collaborating with Millenial teams, and how to approach the different generations.
