The course is well thought out and Eric delivers it with charm. A good framework is presented for developing a customized approach to interviews. The points are made succinctly and the accompanying examples illustrate well how to use different types of questions to unearth the candidates' skills and expertise.

This course, though relatively short, covers quite a bit on strategizing interview questions. Not only does it give insight on how to draw out answers for applicants to highlight items to further better your understanding on how they do or don't, will or won't fit into your business world but it also assists the applicant on how to formulate a well-informed response.
