Ismael is the author of the book "IT Service Management - ITIL Certification"
Ismael is also the founder and CEO of IT Service and Netxus University, which has 2 areas of focus:
1: Online and Classroon Business Education
2: IT Consulting.
In addition he is Master Of Science In Information Technology Management graduate from ICESI University and former Autonoma's University employee.
He is a frequent speaker in Conferences around the world.
Ismael is very passionate about education, he believes that the education transforms live.
He hold many certifications like CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL Expert (IT Infrastructure library), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), COBIT 5 (Control objectives for information and related technologies), Cybersecurity using NIST, Lead Auditor (ISO 20000,ISO 9000, ISO 27001).
