Auditor and speaker very knowledgeable but had difficulty giving examples and spent a lot of time correcting his own spelling mistakes, detracting from the points he was trying to make. Would have benefited from pre prepared documentation to demonstrate instead of creating it "on the fly" while also trying to go over the lesson as well as a pre prepared script of what he wanted to say.

It was rather distracting watching the presenter try to create documents while they were talking; seemed more like a tutorial for word processor. At times, it was difficult to hear what the presenter was saying, low quality of audio recording and background noise.

This was a good overview. It might have been good to emphasize that organizations may have the documented information related to the ISO standards in a single document (as in your example) or in multiple documents. For example, the master list of documents might be in a separate spreadsheet. Likewise, it would have been good to emphasize that internal auditors should use their own organization's templates for audit plan and audit report, and that you were showing an example - but only if their organization did not already have an established template.

Practical and informative. Demonstrated important examples and resources to implement ISO 9001. Valuable ISO 9001 Internal Audit course.

At first i feel like the speaker is too fast at giving the presentation but when in audit practice, the way he described is simple. i hope i can practice internal audit in my organization.
