El curso me pareció muy práctico y directo, ideal para alguien que quiere implementar ISO 9001 sin complicarse. Lo mejor es que no solo explica la teoría, sino que trae muchas plantillas listas, lo que ahorra bastante tiempo al momento de crear la documentación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. La explicación de cada cláusula es sencilla, con ejemplos aplicados a empresas reales, así que aunque nunca hayas trabajado con ISO, lo entiendes rápido. También me gustó que enseña cómo hacer auditorías internas y cómo preparar informes, algo que normalmente se aprende más adelante. Lo único a considerar es que es un curso más práctico que profundo; si buscas certificación profesional avanzada, necesitarías otros cursos. Pero para comenzar, estructurar un SGC o trabajar en calidad, es perfecto. En general, la experiencia es positiva, clara y útil, especialmente si quieres implementar ISO 9001 tú mismo o ser parte del equipo de calidad de tu empresa.
