I enjoy the course and think it's very useful for mastering the basics. I have Wolfram as a university subject (majoring in Computer Mathematics), and many things which are important and convenient are not mentioned by my professors. But this course has them all. Highly recommend to go through all this course BEFORE you start any Maths degree.

I am a Senior Lecturer inSurgery and the Head of both Postgraduate Surgical Research and Surgical Education atthe University of Cape Town, SouthAfrica. My academic interests extend to onlineeducation and I am the recipient of the Open Education Consortium Educator of the Year Award in 2014. My course on Healthcare Statistics is also the first course from a University in Africaon the Coursera massive open online course platform.
