This dance therapy course is very beneficial for my veins and for my overall circulation, because: I activate my circulation – the movements of my legs, arms, and body stimulate venous flow and help my blood return to my heart. This reduces stagnant processes in my veins and supports my vascular health. I strengthen my muscle tone – especially in my legs and thighs. My muscles act as a “pump” for my veins, enhancing venous flow and reducing the risk of varicose veins. I engage in dynamic movement – exercises with jumps, side steps, and body rotations increase my heart rate and improve the circulation of blood and lymph, promoting detoxification and vitality. I stretch and improve flexibility – movements of my hips, pelvis, and spine enhance venous and lymphatic drainage, relieve tension in my lower body, and improve posture. I reduce stress and relax – meditative practices and conscious breathing calm my nervous system, which has a positive therapeutic effect on my veins, heart, and overall circulation. Through this course, I combine physical activity + breathing + relaxation, which is ideal for maintaining my vein health, reducing swelling and fatigue in my legs, and supporting my emotional and physical well-being. Therapeutic effect: By regularly practicing, I experience not only improved circulation and stronger muscles but also reduced anxiety, enhanced body awareness, and a deep sense of calm and balance. This holistic approach supports both my physical health and emotional resilience.
