1. Instructor does not respond to emails 2. Content is quickly becoming outdated in the age of LLM/AIML/Chatbot GPT influencing search 3. The crux of this business model is getting organic ranking in search to generate leads. However, there is almost no content on the true mechanics of SEO ranking and optimization. The only insight he gives into backlink building is spam posting on blog sites, which is largely prohibited on most sites. In addition, most sites approve/reject comments to filter spam posting out, and automated screens now detect and remove most spam posting. 4. Instructor references a Facebook group that does not exist 5. Website building is done with Weebly, which is a quickly depreciating WYSIWYG web service which is quickly becoming antiquated.

I know word press is the way to go and wish you had shown a way to build a site using it. Offering sources to create a contract should have been offered within the course. Should have offered outsourcing pdf resources within the course. The course does offer a good path to lead generation site building and marketing. The Facebook page has not accepted my request to join for the past 4 weeks. I sent him an email and Kyle has not replied for the past 3 weeks. His site The digital real estate empire does not exist anymore. Kyle seems like a nice guy and offered a lot of information I just wished he would have been more engaged with his students. I paid twelve bucks for the course and I got my monies worth.

Kyle does a great job of teaching you a solid, step-by-step process for getting your first 1 or 2 Rank and Rent sites up and running easily and quickly, and on their way to climbin' the SERPs. Love his no-nonsense, "easy peasy" approach to teaching. I've taken two other courses prior to this one; one too fast, the other too long and complex. This is the perfect starter course, take this one first, and grow from there!

This was an amazing course all around. I almost shelled out $5,000 to learn about how to utilize the rank and rent model via an online guru course. So glad I didn't, as this course walks you through step-by-step on how to do this. Kyle also is an amazing instructor who makes it clear and transparent, while also very motivating and giving new, aspiring entrepreneurs confidence. I have went through another course, but I took the most out of this one for sure. I am very grateful to have found this course and I'm hedging that you will be too!

I can say that I have learned some great things from this course! Kyle is a great instructor, I like the simple way he teaches things and overall was a great experience! Thanks for the opportunity! I was expecting more on backlinking & the sales part though, I think the way he is teaching to do the backlinking could be placed into "black hat SEO", and this might affect the website in Google eyes! The course is definitely something I would recommend if you are genuinely interested in rank and rent. You could not ask for a better tutor than Kyle. He always responds to messages in the Facebook group and shares his honest advice which again is invaluable as it can save you making costly/time wasting mistakes. I know for a fact that I will lean on Kyle's advice as much as I can as well as stay active in the Facebook group. The material included in the course as well as tools are ace with a clear demonstration on how to use each. All Kyle needs to do is keep the course updated in light of developments in this field and I am certain many more students will flock to the course. Thanks and keep up the great work Kyle.

So far this course outpaces the $2,000 course I tried by a long shot. I did not pay the 2K but I used a friends login and wanted to compare a Udemy course to a high ticket course as there are so many fake gurus out there now just printing money with youtube ads. Anyway, this course literally blows the other one out of the water. I was confused after taking the high ticket course and Kyle has clarified everything and is naturally a better instructor. I hope this review saves at least one sucker a couple thousands dollars

This course is ROCK SOLID! Kyle is an absolute legend. Simple and straight forward explanations for each step. Super, Super, SUPER easy to follow along. If you do what is said, as it is said - you will not go wrong. Hey Kyle, I have to say that you have easily created a $500-$1K course, man (sorry future students)! You made the SEO process so much simpler and practical to me. Full disclosure, I worked as a digital marketer in local lead gen for about a year at an agency. I managed Google Ads on an automated platform for the majority of my time. I also did local SEO and rep management there in my final months. SEO was a struggle for me, perhaps because I had to learn a lot of it on my own; while getting snippets of instruction from my managers from time to time. I could never put everything into a logical process that made sense. Also, we had way too many tools to use that often overlapped each other in functionality (Screaming Frog, Rank Ranger, Majestic, Market Samurai, etc.). I often felt like I was an overwhelmed mess. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

So far this covers things I already knew except for the big idea. That being to focus on businesses that have potential customers calling them rather than walk in businesses. Update: Now that I'm in the on page optimization section I'll do this update. Kyle Adams does a good, detailed job of showing how to set up a website that can possibly get a high page rank in Google search. I'm personally not going to commit to using Weebly because I am familiar with Elementor but with a few exceptions Weebly seems to be an adequate site builder for sites that are relatively simple. The Weebly user interface seems well laid out and easy to use.
