Workplace Artificial Intelligence Skills Academy
Welcome to Workplace AI Skills Academy Training — focused 100% on one mission: helping employees and managers use Generative AI at work to get better results, faster.
Our courses turn AI into practical, repeatable workplace workflows: writing clearer emails and reports, summarizing meetings and long documents, turning messy notes into structured deliverables, creating presentations from outlines, building checklists and SOPs, and producing decision memos and executive summaries. You’ll also learn how to generate agendas and 1:1 templates, draft policies and FAQs, create role descriptions and interview guides, rewrite content to match tone and audience, and translate or simplify complex information for different stakeholders. On the analytics side, we cover using AI to explain KPIs, create reporting narratives, draft variance explanations, build action plans from survey feedback, and prepare “next steps” lists with owners and deadlines. We also teach productivity workflows like creating task lists, risk registers, project updates, stakeholder messages, and reusable prompt libraries—plus quality checks so outputs stay accurate, professional, and safe to use at work.

The course provides practical frameworks for managing multigenerational teams, with clear guidance on communication, trust-building, conflict resolution, and leveraging generational strengths. The structured assignments and real-world applications make the concepts easy to understand and implement. It could be improved slightly by including more detailed case studies or interactive scenarios for deeper practical exposure.

Informative and view into the challenges faced in the industry with multigenerational workforce, was grappling with who-is-who in which generation and the course so far helps clarify those definitions and the need for change
By Mohammed Khan on 2/6/2026
This course is designed in such a way that one should truly spend some quality time to 'pause and think' which enables the key observations one has noticed in their experiences. This certifies what one has been go through isn't something strange, but it is a multigenerational gap experienced across the industry. If one can honestly work on the assignments to reshape, recalibrate their approach, things will start to change and make easier to adopt.
By Shyam Meduri on 1/30/2026
The training is dragged a lot with repetitive theme and the same applies to the quizzes too. Most quiz questions also have a pattern with respect to which option is the right answer (for example more than 90% questions have first option as the right answer and the final practice tests with mutliple correct options have option 1,2,4 as the correct answers).
