Very very basic. Actually there is nothing to help get certified for six sigma. Perhaps that was also not the intention

as a quality control specialist candidate with 12 years experience in pharmaceutical company, I need to learn about quality tools to expand my knowledge because I am a new comer to Austria and I should find a job. So I have to learn all of tools that enhance my skills to find a rewarding job.

Great foretaste to Lean Six Sigma. Clear explanations given. My only problem is the use of Aristotle and Socrates to compare lean and Six Sigma. I really you need to cite the founders of Lean and Six Sigma. Give honor to whom honor is due. You need to Cite Womack for Lean, ...The above mentioned philosophers couldn't have developed the subject at hand.

This was a good snapshot of the full course as well as the teaching style. I particularly liked the explanation of the difference between Lean and Six Sigma. I felt the QFD lecture was too long and could have been split into two or three bite-size lectures. Overall, a good investment of my time to complete.

The courses of Amsterdam Academy are always very successful. They are effective and funny. They do not present their courses by a bunc of simple powerpoint slides. They prepare special small movies. The english language also is very good.

The course is intelligibly sorted. What remains is the information that we need. So it is excellently presented.
