I enjoyed taking the course as it is filled with valuable information that I can utilize in everyday life and apply at work. The concepts which I have learnt through this course will look forward to improving the process & quality at my workplace. However, the course structure could have been better and some more practical examples. Thanks

It was good for a basic knowhow, it could be improved further in a way that makes the trainee somehow ready for appearing in LSSYB exam. It is good that Lean Strategies International LLC introduces its own approach but better to make it more aligned with that of bodies providing certification and credentials. Kind regards

I enjoyed taking the course as it is filled with valuable information that I can utilize in everyday life and apply at work. I am eager to put into practice the concepts I learned and look forward to improving productivity in my workplace. The delivery of information in this course was concise and to the point - I wouldn't expect anything else from a Lean Six Sigma!

Course was wonderful and easy to learn. I wish there were more questions after each slide so that retention was tested more often. Nevertheless, I feel empowered and overjoyed that I learnt something new everyday. Can't wait to be a part of the team implementing Lean Six Sigma

The pace is a little slow leading to my mind wondering along with the wasted time of the lecturer giving his name and company name in each of the 80 4 - 8 minutes videos. This could be accomplished by just showing a box with those 2 things and saving at least an hour of time. It happened a 2nd time at the end when the instructor gave 1.5 to 2 minute definitions on the ABCs of Lean and he repeated "The ABCs of Lean" each time. Ironically, this is considered Muda or wasted time, LOL However, half way through I signed up for a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt on this site from an internet university. I started watching it also to see if this instructor was giving too much information. This 2nd course, at green belt level, did not touch on MOST of what is covered in this Yellow Belt Course though the green belt course said it was 'for 'beginners' also. There was no way to know what you need to in order to pass ANY Lean Six Sigma Exam. With that being said, I highly recommend this course. ( I ended up getting a refund on the green belt internet university course which didn't even come close to having the correct subjects like this one.) I will be doing an online search to see if Lean Strategies International, LLC offers a green belt course to future the wealth of information he provided in this course. I plan on testing here in the US and feel this course to have more than adequate information for the exam!

Areas of Improvement - 1. Need more detailed study material other than just lectures and slides. 2. Need more real world examples especially from the service industry. 3. The quiz/test should test the user's ability to think critically. The quiz/test should include at least 100% more questions than the number of question that are currently asked. Also, silly question which test memory should be eliminated.

This course was extremely informative! I appreciate the fact for each new lesson learned, we review the history of Lean & Six Sigma! It's amazing how some of the practices learned here are already being used in my everyday work & personal life! One more thing.....GEMBA!!!!

The video contents are decent, however, the attachments being everywhere and in all different formats do not help with the presentation of the course. Furthermore I found that the contents are too repetitive, should try to make it more concise ( total 8 hours could be reduced in half)

By Mark Corrigan on 9/14/2017

Good - Meets expectations. Bad - Some typos in the slides. Bad - Some "correct " answers do not logically answer the question asked. E.g. Q. How is ISO certification obtained? A. By displaying a certification of compliance. Bad - A lot of terminology repeated. Bad - Unnecessary intros and goodbyes at the end of each video lecture - muda!

I have tried a lot of courses on Udemy and this has been one of my favourite because not only of the shear volume of information and very good delivery, but also the resources. I compare this to other Lean Six Sigma courses and it's by far the best I seen until now. Great job !
