My courses are designed based on my many years as a teacher and student of education and business. I hold a master's degree in business education and have been designing curricula, teaching, and doing corporate training for almost 15 years.
The business, language, and chess courses that I have built on Udemy are a reflection of this experience and dedication to education. My goal is to reach as many people as possible with my courses, which is why I have chosen the internet and the Udemy platform as my ideal mode of delivery.
The following is a little more about my expertise and background. I was born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho. I attended the University of Idaho where I earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources in 2004. After a few years in the work force as an account manager I moved to Vietnam where I lived for 9 years.
After arriving in Vietnam I and a small group of motivated individuals launched and ran a sports training company called Saigon Sports Academy. We coached sports such as soccer, chess, tennis, and basketball as well as ran large sporting events such as tournaments and leagues. After 5 years of building the business, I led the successful sale of the company to a local conglomorate (XLE Vietnam, owner of the Saigon Heat pro basketball franchise).

I currently do vehicle title work. I help people get titles to vehicles in various types of situations. One of the services I offer is for deceased titles. So this will work great with that as well. Maybe I can help them with vehicle titles to as well as help them sell the real estate they inherited! Exciting =)

This course gave me a solid game plan and direction. I was able to get probate leads in a short time as soon as I knew what I was looking for. Love the encouragement and the confidence that if I persistent with the marketing and making offers I will succeed. I am exited to put that to the test. Thanks for making available your knowledge and experience in this coarse.

I thought this course was fantastic it. It was very thorough and gave great examples. The fact that the instructor showed actual footage from the courthouse to further explain how to obtain the probate court records just shows he went above and beyond for this course. He also showed step by step on how to create your mailing list campaign. The best course I have taken on Udemy. Thanks!

This course seems to be a good all around probate investing learning tool. I liked the fact that the instructor took the time to show how easy getting the probate cases from the clerk can be. I feel that it would be very beneficial to have more examples of deals that the instructor was able to put together, how it was handled from the clerks office to the after renovation closing table. I would like to have seen more emphasis on the creation/crafting of an effective marketing campaign, letters, effectively handling the phone calls from sellers, how to overcome their objections, and converting the lead to a signed sales agreement. One thing that would be beneficial is a mock phone call conversation with a seller, and go through a typical conversation that you will likely have with a seller. An example script with corresponding intake sheet would be extremely useful for us newbies. A list of typical seller objections and lines/ideas to help counter those objections would be a great tool to add to the course downloads. Ideas on how to instill a sense of urgency in the seller would also be beneficial. It would be beneficial to gain some perspective on what the executor of the estate has to deal with when settling an estate and selling off the property. With this type of perspective, we would be able to better understand what they might be going through and what might be of most importance to the executor. This would help us to find out what factors we may use to our gain during a negotiation with the seller. Couple of other ideas... If I am marketing to probate leads, it is likely that other investors or realtors are also marketing to them. Tips on how to stand out from the crowd would be nice. Also, you may want to go over some of the cons of investing in probate leads for flipping or wholesaling, just as a disclaimer as we are likely due for a market correction soon. Great course! I will keep you posted on my progress with probate leads. I'm headed to the Courthouse on Monday.

Greg does a great job in describing the process to access and acquire probate real estate! His step - by - step explanation provides the newbie investor with confidence building steps derived from his extensive real estate experience. This course gave me the background and motivation to begin the process of finding/flipping probate properties. It also provides the motivation to ensure the student stays engaged and does not quit.

Very good, basic information for beginners. The course is very thorough on the topic. I liked that marketing letters were included and motivation was given to use them consistently. The pep talk was appreciated. I didn't like the background noise in section 5, around lesson 17 or 18. In general the sound quality throughout the course was not great. The volume level seemed a bit inconsistent and low in most cases. Also, I was very irritated by the instructor constantly saying "Right". If I am new and you are assuming that I am new, then you can't assume I agree with everything you say, since theoretically I wouldn't know. I am hoping the trend/slang term in people saying "Right" after almost every statement goes away soon, because it doesn't show the speaker in the best light. I was able to overlook this pet peeve and still give the course a high rating because I give credit where credit is due. The content is good for beginners or as a refresher.

Good course overall. It would have been nice to have you spend more time on the marketing pieces and the thought process behind them. Or, other ways to market. What about setting up a website or a landing page? What about leaving a recorded message for people to listen to? Lot's of talk about what to do with the property once you have it tied up. I would have like to have seen more content on the marketing side of things or maybe how to automate / streamline the business. The video in the courthouse was good - nice to see how it really happens.

I thought the information was very good. I would like to have some examples of direct mail letters to down load to use as examples for my own letters and also down load a suggested example of an Excel program to start with that could be designed by me to fit my needs.

Was a comprehensive beginner overview of a lot of Real Estate Investment basics. If you are a complete novice this course will be very helpful. The only thing specific to "Probate" about this course is the first couple of lessons where he instructs you to go to the courthouse to get leads. He does provide letter templates for marketing which is good also. I can't comment on how effective they are as I haven't mailed them yet. I'm not a big fan of powerpoint slides that have the words you are speaking on them. It's not engaging. That said I like Greg and I would recommend the course if you are considering a career in Real Estate Investment. He has been very responsive to student's questions and that goes a long way with me. He speaks from his own experience which I like as well. I would likely do a real estate deal with Greg, if the opportunity presented itself. I would give it a 5 if the slides were more engaging.

I have taken many courses on real estate investing, this one is very unique for the reason that it is very detailed on its style. It is very clean, and clear and right to the point. For anyone looking to learn about wholesaling real estate even if you do not want to do probate investing i def suggest this course. After all its only $49!!!
