Rob Nieves is the Founder and Lead Pastor of New Walk Church in South Plainfield, New Jersey. He is a graduate of the Spanish Eastern Bible Institute in Richmond Hill, NY and obtained a Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Rob has served as a local youth pastor, worship pastor and is the President of Skilled Pastor, an online resource for New and Small Church Pastors. He and his wife, Lisa, have five children.

There lots of steps to preaching that I was not aware of before, but this course has reminded me as to the best way to prepare and deliver a sermon/teaching.
Building a team segment also showed me how and what to look out for when looking to prepare others to become preachers and teachers.
