There wasn't that much information provided. Several plugs for offers to sell lists or his other course. but this one wasn't that polished with the filler words. should probably be updated since it doesn't seem like it has since 2019

My thoughts of this course was interesting, I did not know about the outlets available to pursue to make money. I appreciate the insight and knowledge. Look forward to learning and implementing your suggested strategies.

I have to say this was helping and the Course is giving you all the tools you need to get started. I like that he is giving you his Resources he is already using. Also showing how to set up an LLC and how to market motivated sellers. I am going to take this Course a 2nd time to make sure I didn’t miss anything. He could change a lot of money for al this free information.

This course was detailed and to the point. Wellington laid down the steps concisely and provided slides making this course succinct and easy to follow. I have a clear understanding of how to get started in virtual wholesaling.

Disorganized, unprofessional, absolutely no personal insights or useable information. Terrible slide setup and unuseable contract examples. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Lots of great beginner information. I have read lots of other material, but there were still new, helpful ideas presented in this course that I hadn’t heard about from other sources. I would recommend this course and instructor for those new to real estate investing.

The course was fairly thorough and to the point. I have viewed two other courses (paid), and they were three times as long with half of the information. The only improvement would have been to tell us how the paperwork would be completed and signed from a distance. Other than that it was a excellent course.

This is my first engagement with a whole sale real estate course and I felt like I could have worked a deal from the information I got from Wellington. It wasn't overwhelming and very professionally done with great content.

This course is simple and straight to the point. He did drop some golden nuggets but he also didn't mention marketing on Craigslist, THANK GOD! The craigslist marketing method is sorta dead being that most investors and especially newbies turn to it as source for leads. Thank you for the course.

The course gives a lot of good tips on how to market, find buyers and sellers, and the best site to use to build your real estate website. I’ve been interested in wholesaling online vs paper mailings so this was a great course for getting started!
