I'm Manish Verma, founder of RCV Academy and Software Testing Mentor. With over 20 years in the IT industry, I've had the privilege of shaping how professionals around the world think about quality assurance, test automation, and agile practices.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside some of the world's most respected organizations. From IBM and Capgemini to Westpac, ANZ, and Infosys, I've contributed to mission-critical projects that demanded precision, innovation, and a deep understanding of testing excellence. My time in Melbourne has given me a global perspective on how testing practices evolve across different industries and cultures.

Teaching is My Passion

I've trained more than 50,000 QA professionals globally, both in classrooms and online. What drives me is simple: I want to make complex testing concepts accessible and immediately practical. My courses aren't theoretical lectures. They're built on what actually works in real projects, with insights I've gathered from working with high-performing teams and leading organizations.

Credentials You Can Count On

I hold advanced certifications including ISTQB Advanced Level credentials in Test Manager and Test Analyst roles, Atlassian Jira administration expertise, SAFe Program Consultant certification, and ICAgile credentials in agile coaching and team facilitation. These aren't just badges, they represent my commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.
