As a Quality Manager at a testing laboratory with 8 years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining an ISO/IEC 17025 quality system, I have completed numerous courses on this standard over the years. This course stands out as exceptionally clear and detailed, covering all the key components of the standard in a thorough and practical way. It offers valuable insight for both experienced quality professionals and laboratory staff who are new to the subject. Highly recommended.

Until now everything seems to be going perfectly, the practical examples are always very useful when it comes to the information being provided. I would add more info when it comes to the statistical part of the calculation of the standard deviation but that's just a preference of mine as I've studied the subject before in college.

Very good structure. I liked the overview wich was present in all slides so you knew where you at at the moment. I liked the Quiz too. I noticed how much work is in this course and Mr. Alcock brought know how and experiance to this topic that made it very understandable.

Formation très complète. Le point négatif est le fait que cette formation ne peut se faire que sur plusieurs semaines avec une activité professionnel en parallèle. Une formation plus concise, pour des organismes déjà accréditées, pourrait être un plus.

The course is very good for me, I am glad I found this it has allowed me to find information on the ISO/IEC 17025. and will better equip me to perform as the country lead under the ministry of health as we work to establish calibration centers under the ministry of health.

By Muhammad Hafizh Aditya on 3/16/2024

I hope all of the knowledge in this course will help me to demand ISO 17025 any further. I give a big appreciation for the way how the content was explained clearly, the quiz to assure us can follow the next explanation of content, and the assignment to practice our understanding and analysis thinking.

Good coverage of the standard, but could be shorter by removing some of the overlapping sections. Too many slides with bullet points, more visuals may help in remembering the content and retaining attention.

By Guilherme Stelle on 10/2/2023

Really good content in general. It goes step by step in each topic of the ISO 17025. My only suggestion would be to add more practical examples to compare to real life situations, like some challenging situation such as testing something really that is not so common and there is no certified material to test in that range, for example in a rheometer for extremely high viscosity that there is no standard material to calibrate in the upper limit, what to do in cases like that. but in general it was really good to go into the standard and understanding it.

I do not think that the parts of this course I have heard so far relates to my job responsibilities. Average would be the best rating I could give because it is information to understand what quality management requires for test and calibration laboratories.

By Ricardo André de Barros Lopes on 8/31/2022

The course is brilliantly organized, considering the extent and scope of the standard itself. Tim provides a clear overview of the standard plus detailed and sequential explanations of each clause (with practical, easy to understand and straightforward diagrams and examples). You can really feel Tim's experience and knowledge applied in the making of this course. I recommend, even if you have zero background (naturally, it requires engagement).
