The presentation was easy to follow. The speaker is easy to listen to and follow. I found the techniques interesting and will try at minimum the selfie speak. The only improvement I may suggest is some of the videos are repetitive. Perhaps they could be eliminated as the point was clearly demonstrated in the previous video or used to introduce additional information.

It is very well designed course and give you the best practical formula that you can apply and create a growth mindset. Warning - don't waste your money if your are not going going to apply the teaching. first take a pledge that i am going to watch, learn and execute all the teaching.

I would say this course is a life changer, not only for myself, but also has changed my view to my kids, I now can understand them that even they don’t do everything right, they are learning and growing. I would suggest to add more content related to the growth of the young generation would be a great help!

It took me a long time to finish the course because of my schedule, but I am so glad that I signed up for this. I learned a lot — I was able to see new perspectives and learnings. No one wants to be stuck in life, that is why we need to grow. We need to channel our energy to have a positive mindset, to learn and discover new things, and to grow. Thank you so much.

Another brill course, thanks TJ. With the dawn of a new year I'm looking to remotivate myself and take a more positive outlook. Your course was the perfect way to kick off 2023. Lots of positive reminders & examples, and I especially liked section 10. I also find morning walks are a good time to cycle through affirmations, successes of previous day/week, and goals for the coming day. Thank you

I Loved this course for many reasons which I must say, 1) TJ had a very vivid approach to Growth Mindset and Fixed Mindset. 2) I liked the Idea of the Selfie Speak Program in the course, that's simply an easy exercise that anyone would implement to discipline themselves in everyday life. 3) The best part of this course is that it is not too long and stale, I have completed this motivational course in just one sitting. It was a good short journey which I am glad to have completed. Will surely buy more courses on Udemy which are by TJ. One of the good mentors on the platform.

Some good ideas but could have been condensed into half the time.

it was a very good learning. i love the SSP, SMP, STP techniques...and i am doing it. however the sound of the videos are not free flowing to me, its like you are recording it in some enclosed space due to which the sound is coming like heavy and pressed. also, i cannot suscribe to your fb page, as it is showing link is not available. yet in total I love your programme and content. would like to enroll for your other courses too.

One must empty the mind before programming it. This course is certainly helpful in building positive mindset. "Don't expand your brain, don't learn more, and don't create, but instead just consume" is all that is needed, and rightly explained. Looking forward for more learning sessions. Thanks!

It definitely was very informative and an eye opener. A little more emphasis on SAP,SMP & STP and a clear word document with guidance to do would definitely help in getting the program going more professionally.this is my humble suggestion
