The entire course had way too much repetition. But most of all, I did not like the constant suggestion to "throw it away". Throwing something out should be the last thing someone does with an item, not the first. First donate, recycle, etc give it away, freecycle.

As a resourceful, creative retired teacher, I have a wealth of frugally & carefully selected tools & raw materials (with 100 developmentally appropriate ideas in my head to go with each one.) Plus books!--books that I love as favorite resources in education/ mental health/-parenting--(for future books and workshops that I have within me) & enough stuff to open to another school! I have plenty to share with others--but I find out they don't have the value or ideas or interest for the "stuff" to use educationally (because screens & extra specialty teachers) limit their creativity in the classroom--and their view of real education, Children cannot be creative without creative thinking teachers. Luckily my kids are creative souls and new grandchildren will learn from them (I hold onto so much stuff that I want to keep for them) Logistically they are across the country. I see them a couple of times a year--and I'll learn (from your courses) how to be present on line. So as I look at giving my stuff to a domestic violence center-& I read of all their resources--and see their young staff--I've deciding that for the value of my stuff to be found by the right owners--is to take it to Good Will. That's where I've found educational treasures over the years. I took a feng sw certification class years ago. It was an introduction that I had to ponder on for awhile. Your classes are exactly what I need at this time in my life. Thanks for listening! Thanks for sharing your wisdom. Thanks for being a role model of what possibilities can be of: body/mind/purpose/soul/& clear communication.

This course provides valuable insights on decluttering every aspect of our lives. From physical spaces to digital clutter and negative people, the course covers it all. The sections are well-organized and easy to follow. Overall, the course is highly recommended for those seeking to simplify their lives.

This isn’t what I expected from the Minimalist Lifestyle course. It seems more about decluttering, creativity, productivity and eating healthily/losing weight than about minimalism. I can see it might be useful to people who have never come across these topics before. However, I found most of it is common sense and the content is very repetitive, and therefore overly time-consuming. The presenter comes across as condescending (although that may be a result of cultural differences), and while his presentation style is ‘polished’ it lacks real authenticity. Could do with some self-editing to shorten most sections and just present the key points precisely. People can always go back and listen again if they don’t get it the first time. Suggest it might be better as a series of podcasts — as there’s no real need to actually watch this course.

In this course, I learned more than what I expect as it deals with things that I did not associate with the word "minimalist" or "minimalism". This course have been an eye opener for me and I would say that I like this course very much. Points that can be improved: - Have a section on wardrobe or clothing as according to the Wall Street Journal, American bought an average of 68 clothing in 2018. (link: https://www.wsj.com/articles/the-high-price-of-fast-fashion-11567096637) - Have a conclusion on all the mindset and theories so that students can take away what is learned from the course (e.g. Eat food, not too much, and mostly plants) - Have a section on travels and there are many blogs that talks about packing lightly or even not packing any bag (no bag travel). (link on no bag travel: https://www.theprofessionalhobo.com/preparing-for-the-no-baggage-challenge/)

This course was fantastic! It got me hooked! The short videos were to the point. They made sense and got me on the right path! You got me clearing out and cleaning my fridge!! My decluttering journey has truly started and best of all you added weight lose in too! I’m now walking around believing I am my target weight, eating more fruit and steam veg than ever. I’m drinking tapwater and lots of it. I’m determined to lose weight to get to my healthy weight. Thank you so much I’m going to do more of your courses soon!

Thanks TJ for a very uplifting course! The most helpful sections for me was 5-8 and 12-16. The Audiospeak is an unexcited and helpful feature. So well-done on that. Some user feedback/suggestions: Some clips are quite similar in section 1 (Intro) and in 18 (Body). Perhaps some of them can be removed or edited into a one? I wouldn’t mind some text recourses containing some minimalism rules , such as Questions-to-Ask-Before-Buying: Can I afford it? Will it add value to my life? Can I get by without it for a while? I think a couple of challenges, like in the first section (e.g list five things or create tasks in my calendar), through out the course would have been very beneficial for me. It gave me the opportunity to reflect on things.

I used to think that I am quite an organized and sorted person, but this course has taken minimalistic living to another level. The tips regarding decluttering home office and phone were the most useful! P.S. I have just started living a more meaningful, decluttered and focussed life. TJ Walker Thanks a lot for this!
